How long does delivery typically take for UK mainland orders?
Standard delivery for in-stock items usually takes 3 to 5 working days. We will contact you via SMS or email to provide a specific delivery window once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Do your oak doors come pre-finished or unfinished?
We offer both options. Our pre-finished doors are treated with high-quality oils or lacquers and are ready to hang. Unfinished doors allow you to apply your own stain, oil, or paint to perfectly match your home's interior.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your doors in their original packaging and condition for a full refund, excluding collection fees.
Are your doors made from solid oak or engineered oak?
Most of our doors feature an engineered core with a thick solid oak veneer. This construction provides the aesthetic beauty of solid oak while offering superior stability and resistance to warping or twisting caused by central heating.
Can I trim the doors to fit a non-standard structural opening?
Yes, our doors feature solid oak lippings that allow for trimming. Generally, you can trim up to 10mm from each side and the bottom, but we recommend checking the specific technical specifications for each door model.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All UK Oak Doors products come with a 10-year manufacturing guarantee, covering you against any structural defects, provided the doors have been treated and installed according to our guidelines.
