At UK Oak Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new internal or external doors aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original condition.

Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Doors
Ensure all items are securely repackaged in their original protective wrapping to prevent any damage during transit; doors that have been trimmed, hung, or treated cannot be returned.
Arrange Collection
We can schedule a professional courier collection for a flat fee, or you may arrange your own insured transport to return the goods to our central warehouse.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our workshop team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will process your full refund, minus any applicable collection charges, within 7-10 working days.
